Dental care in Spain: what 22,885 Google reviews reveal
Spanish clinics top this index on every ratings measure: a 4.73 average, 86.6% of clinics at 4.5★ or higher, and the most-reviewed median clinic (49 reviews) of the six countries. And when Spanish patients do complain, the front desk still edges out the drill - by the narrowest margin measured.
